The latest pop-up addition to the Howard Street Wharves is hosting a delicious 5-course menu with ALL-INCLUSIVE Beer Wine & Champagne! The pop-up chef series introduces Louis Tikaram of Cantonese Restaurant ‘Stanley’ opens October 18 AND is your chance to have an exclusive introduction to the latest addition to the iconic Howard Smith Wharves

You can expect a whole lot of deliciousness from the acclaimed culinary leader Louis Tikaram who was awarded Good Food Guide’s Young Chef of the Year 2014. “I’m a big believer in flavoursome, healthy food – the kind of food I love to eat, so to be able to create this special experience for guests as a preview for what they can expect at Stanley Restaurant is really exciting.”

Imagine local seafood, barbecue, roasted meats, Yellowfin tuna sashimi, buddhas hand ponzu and crispy seaweed, Stanley signature steamed dim sum platter, free-range crispy Bangalow pork belly, English mustard and hoisin, live pippies in XO sauce on crispy egg noodles and salt n pepper Mooloolaba prawns. Completing the menu will be a frozen fruit platter of tropical fruit sorbet and crullers with Matcha glaze for dessert.
