  •          Pot boiled water
  •          1 thumb of ginger sliced
  •          1 ½ thumb tumeric sliced
  •          juice of ½ lemon
  •          1 tblspn raw honey

Steep ginger and tumeric in hot boiled water for 3-5 mins. 
Add juice of lemon and honey, and stir. 
For added potency, cold press the juice of the ginger and tumeric rather than slice.
