Already known as one of Brisbane’s best shopping strips, James Street is about to welcome upmarket department store David Jones into their culture with a boutique store opening in collaboration with this year’s marie claire Up Late.
On Thursday March 30, the new boutique store will be opening it’s doors and welcoming customers with an array of fashion trend workshops hosted by David Jones Ambassador, Jesinta Franklin.
You can expect all the ritz, glamour and high-end designers of your local David Jones, just on a smaller scale. The merchandise will be experly curated throughout the 3-level boutique including a range of women's clothing, footwear, handbags, jewellery, accessories beauty as well as catering to the gentlemen with menswear, men's shoes and accessories found on the top level.

6:00PM: Jesinta Franklin launching marie claire Up Late alongside marie claire Editor, Nicky Briger and publisher Jackie Frank.

7:15PM: Weekend Wear Trends Workshop
There are no RSVP’s required to attending any of the workshops while the first 100 customers will receive a gift bag and complimentary coffee on the day. For shoppers who are wanting to check out the boutique during marie Claire Up Late, you’ll be treated to an in-store DJ and a special preview of the carefully curate product mix.
Marie Claire Up Late will be returning to James Street for it’s sixth annual event from 6pm – 8pm, Thursday March 30.
