If there’s three things you should know about Buddha Bowls, it’s that they are super-healthy, visually stunning and totally insta-worthy. First came acai bowls, then poke bowls, and now it’s all about Villa; the new café dedicated entirely to Abundance Bowls!

Drawing inspiration from Bali, the entire menu of Villa is stacked full of healthy goodness. These bowls are the perfect spot for all the health-food inclined fanatics, with nothing but fresh ingredients available. One bowl is all about fuelling your body with everything it needs: a pile of whole grains (like quinoa and rice), raw or roasted veggies, a side protein (vegan options are also available) and a topping of delicious dressings.

You can thank the masterminds behind Coco Bliss for bringing these epic bowls to Brisbane. The brand new venue will be opening up along Oxford Street in Bulimba on Friday November 17, just three doors up from the Coco Bliss flagship location.

If there was ever a time for Coco Bliss to have a savoury sister, it is now. From their décor and plates to the menu and flavours, you can expect to be whisked away with Villa Bowls epitomising everything Balinese has to offer. May your bowls be delicious, and your photos be worthy.
