What is better than a big ol’ burger for lunch on the weekend you ask? Hmm, how about when those said burgers are only $5!? Luckily for you, we know just where you can get them.

The burger royalty joint of Bowen Hills are celebrating the first birthday of their Street Fighter themed business with $5 burgers! Opening their doors at 11.30am this Saturday March 10, the first 1,000 people through the door of Super Combo will win big with this epic deal.

Get behind the Spinning Piledriver which features a supersized burger of 2x beef patties, 2x American cheese slices, secret mayo, baby cos lettuce or sauerkraut, or back up the Sonic Boom who’s signature moves include crispy fried chicken, smokey mushroom sauce, cheddar cheese sauce, maple candied Kayser-Fleischer bacon, Pineapple chutney and cabbage slaw with garlic aioli.

Oh, and did we mention they have a super sauce wall too? Top off your burgers or one of their selection of sidekicks like their suer fries or corn gems with a selection of premium sauce from all over the world. This deal is only available in-store, so there's no use in trying to order it from UberEats, Deliveroo or Foodora. You can’t say we didn’t warn you!

Do yourself a favour: gather your hungriest pals and run, don’t walk, into Super Combo this Saturday.

What: $5 Burgers
When: From 11.30am, Saturday March 10
