Whoever said sequels are never as good as the first, clearly have never heard of The Cove X Eleven Rooftop Bar’s Wellness Workouts.

Brisbane’s most popular FREE morning workout program will be re-launching for its second series on Tuesday March 27, with Brisbane residents boxing their way to breakfast with an early morning session led by the team from Facilities Fitness.

Re-fuelling and rewarding your minds and tummies after, the launch will also feature a wholesome spread from Miss Bliss Wholefoods Cafe, before guests are sent off to work with a goody bag full of health and wellness products from local sponsors; including Endota Spa, Health Place, Hello Hair, SnackWize and Kindred Toxin Free Facials.

Courtney Norris, founder of The Cove, always had a goal to create an event that engaged with the local community and encouraged people to get active before work. Continuing the momentum well into 2018, The Cove X Eleven Rooftop Bar collaboration will help restore a healthy work-life balance into the active and busy bees of Brisbane.

The Rooftop Wellness Workouts will be a monthly event that features a range of different facilitators, movements and styles of training - ranging from boxing to yoga and everything in between.

If sweating it out whilst staring at the beautiful Brisbane City skyline sounds like the perfect way to start your day, then make sure you register for tickets here. Spots are limited and tickets must be reserved.
