We all know that the definition of living your best life is definitely a Sunday sleep-in, followed by good food to wake you up—and nothing beats a healthy brunch that keeps you feeling good on your day off. We've scouted 5 healthy cafes in Sydney to add onto your foodie bucket list for your next trip to Sydney.

Egg of the Universe
711 Darling Street, Rozelle

Egg of the Universe is a hip joint that boasts Sydney’s only integrated yoga studio and wholefoods café—so if you’re game, you have the option to kickstart your morning with a yoga sesh and follow it up straight after with a nourishing meal from their seasonal menu.

Porch & Parlour
17-18/110 Ramsgate Avenue, North Bondi

A favourite among both Bondi locals and visitors, Porch and Parlour is the perfect weekend hangout. There are a heap of yummy breakfast options, but if you roll out of bed too late for brunch, don’t sweat it – they also do lunch and dinner!

Health Freak Cafe
Shop 3347 Macquarie Centre Herring &, Waterloo Rd, North Ryde

Tucked away in North Ryde, Health Freak Cafe is a 100% gluten and sugar-free cafe. Aspiring to create great quality, nourishing food on the go, their menu can be catered for any health, fitness and speciality dietary requirements which take the guesswork out of what you are eating. They even have healthy Keto, protein pancakes!

Warren and Holt
57 MacLeay Street, Potts Point

Warren and Holt are alllll about clean food and their menu certainly reflects that! The passion project of husband and wife team, they use only locally and ethically sourced produce presented as close to its whole state as possible without compromising on taste.

Bread & Circus Wholefoods Canteen
21 Fountain Street, Alexandria

Being pretty with a purpose is what Bread & Circus does best. With their Instagram-worthy location (peep the floral and fruit arrangements when you’re there) and meals based around wholefoods, it will be impossible to leave in bad spirits!

So… the choice is yours! Which cafe will you be snapping food photos at for the gram—looking super trendy in your custom Citizen Wolf tee, of course—this weekend?
