Iconic DJ-Producer Nick Warren came to The Met Brisbane, one of Brisbane’s most iconic dance music venues. Playing at iconic clubs is not unusual for Nick, having played at such clubs like Cream in The UK and Pacha in Ibiza.

With the night warming up, there was an excited line up and down the block, with legendary DJ Mr Sparkle playing a sweet mix of bouncing tunes from the RnB room. When the Main Room opened, it wasn’t long until the dance floor had filled up with the second bar gearing up for a busy night. The Main Room was going crazy, filling with energetic electro vibes and big room bouncy bangers from DJs OH-J and Billy McPherson. When Pete Smith took over, he drove the room loud and proud, as everyone sweated kilos off from the jammed dance floor. Mandy Onassis jumped onstage after Pete to play a smashing set of energetic anthems and progressive tunes

Downstairs, everyone was waiting for Nick Warren to jump on the decks in the Coco Room. With the usual dim lighting, everyone was enjoying the awesome vibes from the house tracks being laid down. After a fine warmup set from Jimmy Ellis, Nick jumped behind the decks to play some of his smashing hit tunes: ‘Cut For Life‘, ‘Unfinished’ and ‘Sympathy‘ were particular standouts. His set was full of groovy vibes and easy swinging tunes to dance to. As the night continued, his tunes became heavier with an energetic driving feel to it. The crowd was definitely happy to see Nick Warren in the flesh and playing what he loved; his set making it a night for Brisbane house lovers to remember.
