Customs House’s latest pop-up bar overlooking the Brisbane River is Saint-Tropez Sunsets by Moët & Chandon.
Launching on Friday, February 26 and running Fridays-Sundays from 3 pm, Saint-Tropez Sunsets by Moët & Chandon is ready for you to soak up the sun, French Riviera lifestyle,at the place to be seen with the backdrop of sweeping river views.
As well as the classic Moët & Chandon Impérial, Moët & Chandon Rosé and Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial (the first champagne designed to be served over ice, making it perfect for a late Aussie summer!), the Saint-Tropez Sunsets bar will feature the best of France’s wine regions, with plenty of Provence rosé, Sancerre, Chablis and Beaujolais.
While you are there, don’t forget to indulge from the Saint-Tropez Sunsets menu including their brioche lobster roll topped with dill and salmon pearls. Or maybe you would prefer delicate fried pumpkin flowers stuffed with goats cheese, sundried tomato and thyme served with a preserved lemon dressing, and Hervey Bay scallops with vanilla cauliflower and a chorizo crumb—bon appetit!
Setting the scene with Mediterranean-inspired striped umbrellas, stylish garden furniture and shaded cabanas, the Customs House pop-up bar is the perfect spot for weekend drinks, after work ‘wine downs’ or a romantic date to remember.
