With Christmas just around the corner, Brisbane Distillery are sharing their recipe for a refreshing tropical festive punch cocktail. This is a great punch to prepare when you are getting together with family and friends and needing to cool off in the heat.
• 500ml Gin (BDC Game of Eucalyptus Gin or BDC Brisbane Dry Gin – you can also use your favourite BDC Vodka or Rhum)
• 250ml Lime juice
• 125ml Pineapple juice
• 125ml Orange juice
• 125ml Passionfruit pulp
• 250ml Macadamia Syrup (1part Macadamia Milk : 1part Caster Sugar. Heat on low, stir to dissolve)
• 500ml Coconut Water
• Use takeaway containers to freeze large blocks of ice for your punch.
• Garnish with grated nutmeg and fresh fruits – as extravagantly as you like! • Serves 12 (1.5 standard drinks per serve)
