Vintaged Bar + Grill remains at the top of Brisbane’s finest dining establishments in its understated elegance and tone, featuring Executive Chef Jeremy Clarkson and Sous Chef Dario Fiorino at the helm and a score of awards under their chefs hats. A brightly lit Himalayan rock salt wall is a stunning feature to the dry aged meat cabinet where the Open Grill and variety of spaces from the Chef’s Table, Wine Table and Private Dining Room alongside the restaurant and bar allows Vintaged to be a genuinely interactive foodie experience.
