IMG 3583

Newstead has a new go-to for casual Italian, with In Teglia Pizzoteca now open at 63 Skyring Terrace. Launching on Wednesday 18 March, the venue centres around Roman-style “pizza in teglia” — high-hydration dough fermented for 72 hours, baked in trays and served by the slice (from $13.90). The menu also includes focaccia sandwiches, fresh salads and a spritz-led aperitivo list, making it just as suited to quick lunches as it is to early evening drinks. Designed to reflect the everyday rhythm of Roman dining, it’s all about dropping in, grabbing a slice and staying just a little longer than planned.
