Concentration, Control, Centre, Flow, Precision and Breathing are the six principles of Pilates. Agility excels in this and adds Rehabilitation to the mix.

Business owner and an expert in the field with more than 25 years experience in physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy and pilates training, Jenny Birckel oversees these personal Pilates experiences. Personal plans are designed for recovering from illnesses to those with muscular or postural weaknesses and challenges, pregnant ladies, training for competitive sports from dancing to Ironman, as well as children seriously training in athletics and sports. Especially curated sessions include Pilates for Fitness with Agility Barre Classes, Hands On Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates for neck and back pain with Mums & Bubs Classes, including their signature and trademarked Preglates sessions for pregnant ladies. These personal plans achieve optimal health and fitness with a safe and straightforward approach to exercise. 

Agility’s team of physiotherapists and physiologists are trained in Clinical Pilates through the Pilates Institute of Queensland. They combine traditional Pilates methods with current industry knowledge and scientific research for effective, well-rounded training.
