This year’s Stones Corner Festival looks to be bigger and better than ever before with an incredible line-up of music, craft brewers, international street foods, and artisanal markets. Kicking off Sunday, May 1, the community of the inner-city suburb are rallying together to celebrate this beloved celebration after a two-year hiatus.
Stones Corner Festival has announced another stellar lineup of Aussie artists with legendary dance hitmakers, Sneaky Sound System headlining. Followed by live acts like Quentin & The Tarantino’s, with their 9 piece band giving you the ultimate ‘Pulp Fiction’ and ‘Reservoir Dogs’ dance vibes.
From midday Ska punk band, The Porkers, Good Will Remedy, Jollee, Full Power Happy Hour, Cheap Date will round the day out with a great afternoon of Aussie music . New to the music scene, check out Sofia Isella so that you can always brag that you saw her live before she became mega famous.
It’s not just an excuse for a great time, the Stones Corner Festival raises money for MND and Me Foundation. Gold coin donations are encouraged on the day with the opportunity to win a variety of raffles.
Over twenty brewers will be pouring throughout the day with veterans Little Creatures, 4Pines, Slipstream, Balter, Eumundi, Brookvale Union, Mountain Goat and Green Beacon providing the usual quench thirsters. Want to try something new? Making their debut this year will be distillers 4 Pillars Gin, Aperol Spritz, Your Mates Brewing Co, Heads of Noosa and internet sensations newest brew, Better Beer.
In between brews, be sure to catch some tasty treats at the many food trucks scattered through the streets. From burgers & fries to paella, tacos to pizza there’s something to feed the whole family.
