Makeup and skincare haven Sephora has set in its sights on the Sunshine Coast. The makeup and skincare juggernaut is set to open its doors to a brand-spanking new store in Sunshine Plaza on the Sunshine Coast.
“We are eager for Sephora to join Sunshine Plaza as part of the $440 million redevelopments of the centre,” said Pedro Coutinho, Interim General Manager Sephora Australia & New Zealand. “With many of our clients from the Sunshine Coast and further north currently shopping exclusively online or travelling to Brisbane to get to Sephora, it’s exciting for us to be able to bring the unique Sephora retail experience closer to their homes. While our website and app are convenient and easy to explore, sometimes there’s nothing better than popping into the store to have a play and try something new.”
We agree! Just think about all the swatching, and swiping and colour matching you need to do in store. Not to mention getting hypnotised by all the gorgeous shimmery… well, shimmers. Shadows and lipsticks and brushes, oh my!
The one downside (or is it an upside?) is that whenever I go into Sephora for one thing, I come out with five. Oops! Look, no one can blame me… Sephora Australia currently stocks more than 50 exclusive beauty brands, including the likes of FENTY BEAUTY by Rihanna, Marc Jacobs Beauty, tarte, Kat Von D Beauty, Ouai Haircare, NUDESTIX, beautyblender, Ole Henriksen, Peter Thomas Roth, KORA Organics, Cover FX, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Huda Beauty and its own private label SEPHORA COLLECTION, rounding out its offering with well-known prestige brands such as Benefit Cosmetics, Dior and YSL.
