Set inside The Westin, a luxurious hotel in the city, at Settimo you can enjoy an Italian coastal selection served from the tavola fredda (cold table), tavola caldo (hot table) and a plated main pasta served at your table, and a selection of handmade dolci (desserts).

Dine on delights from noon to 3pm. You can also add on a beverage package for $69 per person featuring person featuring prosecco, red and white wine, beer and Limoncello spritz.

Starting from Mother’s Day you can visit Zuma Restaurant for either a mouthwatering all-you-can-eat seafood buffet lunch or a delectable high tea buffet. Officially launching just in time to spoil mum, these two events are sure to make mum feel special on the big day (and beyond if you want to score brownie points).

The seafood buffet starts at 12pm with a complimentary glass of sparking on arrival and the buffet includes  all you can eat freshly shucked Pacific and Sydney rock oysters, mussels, fresh caught Mooloolaba prawns, sand crab as well as a Mediterranean grazing and dessert stations. $99 per person and from $49 for children every Saturday and Sunday from midday.

Also launching for Mother’s Day and available as a regular weekend event is their afternoon high tea buffet featuring a plentiful collection of indulgent bites with bottomless tea and coffee. Starting at 2:30pm, Zuma Restaurant’s Two-Hour Buffet High Tea includes a classic savoury selection and a large selection of sweets for $99 per person and from $29 for children, every Saturday and Sunday.

Whisk your mum away with the flavours of France at Bisou Bisou. This glamorous European haven has only been in Brisbane for a couple of years but has made a big splash on the scene. On the ground level of Fortitude Valley’s Hotel X, Bisou Bisou is treating mums to either breakfast or lunch (or both if you’re feeling like you wanna indulge!) 

For $50pp you can feast on eggs benedict croissants, fairy floss-topped French toast, poached eggs on crispy hash browns and more. When lunch rolls around, it’s all about the Sunday roast. Think prime rib and rotisserie chicken with all the trimmings for $85pp. Oui oui mon ami!
