Spring has sprung and Customs House has unfurled its petals to reveal their newest pop-up bar, the Moët Rosé Garden.

With the pop-up launch in full bloom on Thursday September 26, guests will be able to overlook the Brisbane River with a glass of Moët and Chandon Rosé.

Customs House is no stranger to pop-up bars, with past themes for each season such as Aperol Spritz for summer and Absolut Winter for (you guessed it!) winter. These themes have been traded in for spring, and Customs House has taken the associations of flowers with the season to create an elegant scenery for the pop-up bar. Think pink and think plant pots of fresh flowers on top of complementary white furniture.

With a glass in hand, guests will be able to take a stroll around the picture-perfect garden that both you and your Instagram will love.

The drinks menu will leave you feeling tickled pink with a variety of internationally made pink rosé wines such as Moët Brut Imperial NV and Rameau d’Or Rosé, and Rosé sangria. Pink really is the theme as there is even a rose-based cocktail available at the bar called ‘Pretty in Pink’ (sounds good to us!). The drink of choice for the night, Moët and Chandon Rosé, is reminiscent of the floral touch of spring and will draw you in for multiple glasses.

Customs House hasn’t forgotten food and will be serving Prosciutto and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese boards to complement the night’s drinks. The menu is as a fancy as the wines list, starting with a delicious scampi caviar blini with crème fraiche and chervil, a beautiful pairing of duck spring rolls with kimichi & XO sauce and fried cauliflower with whipped lemon ricotta to satisfy your stomach (yes please). A crowd favourite from the winter pop-up bar, the mouth-watering Moreton Bay bug croissant has returned to Customs House with a new accompaniment of prosciutto, iceberg lettuce and, an irresistible lime mayo
