Coffee may be addictive, but there’s a reason we line up to get our caffeine hit each morning. It’s a reason for a date, a meeting or morning or afternoon energy pick me up and this Friday 1st of October it’s a celebration of all things caffeine for International Coffee Day.
This week The Inchcolm Bar are bringing their love of coffee, martinis and live jazz Thursdays together with a week dedicated to Espresso Martinis. Could this be the perfect way to start the long weekend?
The humble coffee bean began its life on the Arabian Peninsula and by the 15th century coffee was being grown in the Yemeni district of Arabia. By the 16th century it was known in Persia, Egypt, Syria, and Turkey. Its history is deep and spans wide, becoming one of the world’s most cultivated commodities.
The Inchcolm Bar offers a wide range of signature martinis with over twelve different delights to be discovered and for one week only you can experience a bespoke menu of five martinis with a coffee twist. It’ll be a week-long Espresso Martini Party starting from 12pm daily, Thursday 30th September through to Wednesday 6th October. The perfect place to indulge and relax.
Come together and get your buzz on with a tasting flight of three Espresso Martinis for just $26. Select from Traditional Style with Grey Goose Vodka, Double Hit with Café Patron XO Tequila or explore a Creamy mix with Baileys Irish Cream or Velvety Smooth Disaronno Velvet Cream or finish on a Dark & Spicy with Kraken Dark & Spicy Rum.
The best way to kick it off just in time for the long weekend is with a side of Jazz this Thursday from 6:30pm until late, featuring Brisbane’s best jazz artists.
