Spring is here and it’s time to celebrate the lovely weather with a series of special soirees. The lavish Customs House terrace, with stunning river views, will be transformed from September 6 into a pretty-in-pink seasonal haven for a luxury Whispering Angel Rosé garden party all season long.
The terrace will feature stunning domes fresh from Europe, adorned with flowing fabric and festooned with flowers and greenery, just begging to be enjoyed for an al fresco sip sesh.
It’s the ultimate setting for those laid-back afternoon catch-ups or sophisticated Sunday sessions, all while soaking in those breathtaking river views and spring breezes.
Pair this with the stunning Château d’Esclans Whispering Angel Rosé, straight from Provence, with a mouth-watering menu that is as delightful as the warm spring nights ahead.
Rosé Garden Bar
Once situated under the florals and greenery, sip on a glass or share a bottle of Whispering Angel Rosé or Moët & Chandon Imperial Rosé. The drinks menu is a celebration of spring, featuring a selection of Australian, New Zealand, and French wines. And for those who fancy a twist, the Provence Cooler with Belvedere Pure, Whispering Angel Rosé, lemon, blackberry, and basil is the ultimate springtime sip.
Feast on an exclusive snacks and nibbles menu, including the famed Customs House pop-up bar classic: the Moreton Bay bug croissant with lime and dill mayo. French Oscietra Caviar with blini and traditional condiments. Freshly shucked oysters with gin & tonic granita and lemon are also on offer, not to mention a selection of French, Italian, and Australian cheeses that are sure to make any cheese lover happy.
While walk-ins are welcome at Whispering Angel Rosé Garden, individual domes can also be exclusively booked for a luxe spring experience, with clear sweeping views all from inside the domes. A $20 per person pre-authorisation will secure you a dome, with a minimum booking of four required and parties capped at ten. Once seated, food and drinks can be ordered from the friendly waitstaff.
Rosé Garden High Tea
Ever wanted to experience a luxe French-style high tea? Well, now you can with the enchanting Whispering Angel Rosé Garden High Tea, with a selection of savoury canapes, freshly baked scones and an array of petit fours, whilst sipping on a glass of Whispering Angel or steaming French tea – available Tuesdays and Wednesdays, for $100 per person for parties of two to six people.
