The popular Float in Cinema is returning to W Brisbane’s WET Deck for a special 3-night event, offering guests a unique way to celebrate the Halloween season.
The film lineup for this luxe event features three absolute bangers that are definitely the vibe for spooky season. On Monday October 28, the Sanderson Sisters will be scaring up a storm in Hocus Pocus (the OG and the best 1993 version). October 29 features the 2020 remake of Roald Dahl’s classic The Witches. And for the third night on October 30, guests can get ready for the creepiest, kookiest family around: The Addams Family (1991).
Guests will enjoy an evening by the pool, watching these classic Halloween films from the comfort of their own inflatable floating beds. A glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne or the signature “Spooky Feels” cocktail will be served on arrival, enhancing the experience on the water.
And as every movie aficionado knows, snacks make the night so guests at the WET Deck will receive a snack box featuring:
- Bay bug roll with herb and citrus aioli, topped with salmon caviar
- Truffle salami, hay smoked beef loin, and cornichons
- House marinated olives
- Grilled vegetables and pesto focaccia
- Farmhouse cheese, quince, and lavosh
- Handmade chocolate truffles
- Passionfruit meringue tartlet
