This super tonic is high in vitamin C and antioxidants and a great anti-inflammatory elixir.
- Pot boiled water
- 1 thumb of ginger sliced
- 1 ½ thumb tumeric sliced
- juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tblspn raw honey
Steep ginger and tumeric in hot boiled water for 3-5 mins.
Add juice of lemon and honey, and stir.
For added potency, cold press the juice of the ginger and tumeric rather than slice.
