On Saturday 16 October, Treasury Brisbane is polishing the silverware, pressing the napkins and setting an epic dining table for its inaugural Will & Flow Longest Lunch, hosted by Chandon.
So Brisbane, it’s time to get your classiest gear on, fire up the group chat and assemble the tribe for a long lunch like no other with 200 diners seated along the north bank Riverwalk, soaking up the Spring sunshine, enjoying spectacular river views and sipping flutes of Chandon’s premium sparkling wines. Oh yeah, and don’t forget to post all of the utterly Instagrammable images.
Guests will be guided through Chandon’s exquisite range of premium sparkling wine whilst enjoying a perfectly paired five-course menu from the culinary experts of Will & Flow.
Chandon Winemaking Director Dan Buckle guides guests through Chandon’s inimitable Australian crafted sparkling wine range as Will & Flow’s expert culinary team prepare a perfectly matched five-course feast of fresh seafood and Queensland produce.
He said the Will & Flow Longest Lunch would satisfy both wine aficionados and foodie fans – as well as like-minded lovers of spring ready to play. “This is an opportunity for sparkling wine lovers to discover 250 years of history over two hours as we pop the cork on our favourites from the Chandon range, perfectly paired with an exquisite menu from the Will & Flow team,” Buckle said.
“From the deliciously unexpected freshness of apple sorbet and lemon zest in our Chandon Brut to the soft and opulent creaminess of our Cuvée Riche and our pièce de resistance Vintage Brut, guests can look forward to a meticulously crafted journey through some of our favourite wines.”
Upon the event finishing a bus will be available to transport guests to Treasury Brisbane, where all guests will receive a complimentary glass of Chandon on arrival.
Tickets to the luncheon experience are $110 per person and are set to sell out quick.
