It’s time to dust off the budgie smugglers and your cossies and get splashy for a cause!
Registrations for the Mosaic Property Group MS Swimathon held on the Sunshine Coast are now open. Grab a team of four and join in on the 12-hour swimming relay to support Queenslanders living with multiple sclerosis (MS). The Mosaic Property Group MS Swimathon is one of seven events across Queensland in 2022 that will raise vital funds for MS information, specialist nursing services, and wellness programs.
The event has been hosted on the Sunshine Coast since 2016, with last years MS Swimathon seeing 110 swimmers dive in and raise over $53,000 for the cause. MS Queensland’s Fundraising Events Manager, Claire Hughes, said the day makes a
massive impact for those with MS. “It’s a great day out for anyone looking to take on a challenge for a good cause. Passionate
swimmer or not, we welcome everyone to get involved. It means the world to those affected by MS and their families.”
Mosaic Property Group’s Senior Contract Administrator, Luke de Nys, described how his organisation has a genuine ongoing commitment to providing support to MS Queensland and those living with MS. “Knowing family members and colleagues who have been diagnosed with MS, we know first- hand the impact that battling this disease has on people, their families, friends, and support staff every day. We look forward to collectively making this the biggest Swimathon yet!”
