Negroni Week around Brisbane

That’s right – Negroni Week is back in full swing and we are here to bring you options for where in Brisbane to hit for the best Negronis for the week-long celebration.

Negroni Week is an annual celebration of the iconic Negroni, presented by Imbibe Magazine and Campari, to raise money for charitable causes around the world. Since its inception in 2013, participating Negroni Week venues have collectively raised nearly $3 million. 

This week until Sunday 19 September, The Inchcolm’s Negroni Week menu will feature four unique Negronis.

A classic hotel like The Inchcolm needs a Classic Negroni ($18).  Try theirs served with Bulldog Gin, Campari, Cinzano 1757 Rosso Vermouth and Orange Peel.  Also on the menu is their Old Timer ($19) with Rhubarb & Strawberry infused Bulldog Gin, Rosemary Infused Campari, Cinzano 1757 Rosso Vermouth, Black Pepper Tincture, Rosemary Sprig & Black Pepper Cracker.  Continue your visit with Chasing the Bird ($19) with Cacao Nib infused Wild Turkey Rye Whiskey, Chamomile infused Cinzano 1757 Bianco Vermouth, Campari, Wattleseed Extract, Honeycomb. 

Then finally, sip on the Sunset Boulevard ($19) with Pineapple Infused Cognac, Rose Vermouth, Campari, Aperol, Lemon Bitters and Dehydrated Pineapple.

Bar Kazba’s Negroni Week menu has been specially created by head bartender Shawn Brown.

Sip and savour four Negronis all featuring Gin, Campari and Vermouth with an exotic Kazba twist.

If you’re a fan of the classic, you’ll love Kazba’s ‘Classic Negroni ($18)’ with Bulldog Gin, Campari, Cinzano 1757, Rosso Vermouth and Orange Peel. 

Work your way through the menu and try their ‘Sunset Boulevard ($19)’ with Pineapple Infused Cognac, Rose Vermouth, Campari, Aperol and Dehydrated Pineapple. 

Next on the list is Kazba’s ‘Toast To You ($19)’ with cherry Infused Bulldog Gin, Campari, Toasted Almond Infused Cinzano 1757 Rosso Vermouth and Maschino Cherry.

Round it off with ‘The Three C’s (Campari, Cinzano, Coconut) ($19)’ with coconut Oil Washed Bulldog, Gin, Lemon Peel Infused Campari, Lavender Infused Cinzano 1757 Blanco Vermouth and Lemon Peel.

$1 from every Negroni will go to the amazing charity OzHarvest – a leading national organisation for food rescue.  Gotta sip to that!
