Unicorns are renowned magical creatures and for a limited time through September/October they can help you get your hands on some delicious FREE Yo-Chi.
Yo-Chi’s annual Unicorn Magic event is back for 2024, kicking off on September 16. The event is set to be the biggest yet, with four weeks full of unicorn-themed magical toppings, decorations and activations.
The headline news is that on September 29—Unicorn Magic Day—you can score a buy one share one offer if you and your bestie turn up at a Yo-Chi store dressed as unicorns. Yes, you read that right: frock up as a unicorn (with a friend also dressed as a unicorn) order two bowls of Yo-Chi and you will get your smaller one free (up to $12 value)*.
Other unicorn fanfare events will coincide with school holidays, as Yo-Chi will transform each of its venues with a 90s retro theme—think pink fringing, unicorn-themed decorations, and sparkles galore.
One of the most anticipated dates on the Yo-Chi calendar for fans of all ages, Unicorn Magic Event will also see the return of the legendary (and limited time) combination swirl, where the pink and white blend of Signature Tart x Strawberries & Cream frozen yogurt produces a magical looking and tasting treat. For even more colourful fun, the unicornification of Yo-Chi’s famous toppings bar will see a range of unicorn-inspired toppings including the return of everyone’s favourite rainbow cake.
In the midst of the magical event, and new for 2024, every state will feature a hero location providing customers with the chance to win a prize via a claw machine that will be installed for two weeks, coinciding with each state’s school holidays.
And that means as well as winning in the taste stakes, visitors to Yo-Chi will be able to try their luck at winning prizes from the venue’s claw machine during the fortnight. One of the prizes includes a unicornified version of the brand’s iconic Yo-Chi bear, also available to purchase in limited quantities (so get in quick!)
