Brisbane’s First American Diner Breakfast Experience Has Just Arrived!

When Johnny Rockets first opened their doors at Emporium in 2017, you bet your burgers we were excited! Bringing the best of the USA down under, they’ve been slinging their all-American taste to the people of Brisbane with a menu that certainly doesn’t disappoint.

Finding new ways to get us hot under the collar, Johnny Rockets have just announced they are introducing an all-American breakfast menu and that is TOTALLY up our alley. Think fluffy pancakes ladled with maple syrup, fried chicken and waffles with maple syrup, bacon and egg muffins, NY style bagels with cream cheese and BELT sandwiches (that’s a BLT with egg). Wash it down with a fresh juice, ice latte or smoothie and you’ve got yourself a dangnabbit good breakfast.

If you’re already a big fan of their burgz and shakes, you’ll be happy to hear they have also just launched an epic new burger board – perfect for anyone who has trouble choosing just one.

The premise is simple: choose two burgers, three sides and two drinks. Starting at $48.90, take your pick from their 100% Aussie beef burgers, hand-crumbed chicken or vege brioche burger range, suffer through having to narrow down to 3 sides (aka. bacon & cheese fries, nacho tots and onion rings) and choose two of their infamous hand-spun shakes (or soda floats!).

Open from 10am daily at the Emporium, the extensive breakfast menu is available 7 days a week from 7am to 10am, with share boards available from 10am.
