We have been hearing whispers of SUKI opening up for the past eighteen months, and the day has finally arrived! Taking up shop along Grey Street, the new Brisbane restaurant is serving up something a little different with a delicious menu of poke bowls and sushi burritos.

Pronounced Poh-keh, this new food trend is the perfect spot for all the health-food inclined people, with nothing but fresh ingredients available. Traditionally known as a fish salad from the Aloha state, the bowls are generally served on a bed of rice with cured raw fish, veggies, and a plenitude of other toppings.

And the best thing? It’s all totally customizable. You can order what you want with seven base choices, eight types of fish, and over fifteen toppings. Not feeling like brown rice? Then choose the quinoa & kale or kelp noodle base. Raw fish not your thing? Then dig into some organic tofu or katsu chicken.

If you’re like us though and are known to be a bit indecisive, you can also select from one of SUKI’s insta-worthy signature bowls or burritos. You can also pop next door to SUKI’s sister venue, Ramen, for some delicious – you guessed it – Ramen.

Open 7 days a week from 11am till 9pm, you can expect to find us there at least once a week with their new loyalty program launching soon.
