Launching on Friday, October 8 and open Fridays to Sundays, the Moët & Chandon Rosé Garden is a picture-perfect spot to enjoy fancy Friday drinks, afternoon catch-ups with unbeatable river views, and elegant Sunday sessions with a taste of spring in France.

For a limited time during this pop up event, you can experience the Moët & Chandon Rosé Garden and enjoy the iconic champagne house’s range of classic and contemporary creations, sip on a premium selection of pink, white and red wines, and savour the menu of seasonal nibbles on Customs House’s riverside terrace.

Menu highlights include crispy pumpkin flowers filled with goat’s cheese and sundried tomato, Hervey Bay scallops with vanilla cauliflower and a chorizo crumb, and the enduring Customs House pop-up bar staple: the Moreton Bay bug croissant (which is available individually, or with truffle fries, aioli and a glass of Moët & Chandon rosé for $43).

The pop-up bar will feature a range of Moët & Chandon wines, including the iconic Moët Impérial and newly launched Chandon Garden Spritz, as well as the Moët Rose Mint 75 cocktail featuring Moët Ice rosé, Belvedere vodka, raspberry, mint and lemon—the ideal sip for a spring garden party!

The open-air floral domes, bedecked in blooms, will return to the Moët & Chandon Rosé Garden in 2021 and (with no booking required) make for the perfect semi-private springtime set-up for up to ten guests.

If you want to celebrate the Melbourne Cup, you can do that at the Rosé Garden too, with a cocktail event offering a three-hour food and beverage package for $200pp. Bookings for the Moët & Chandon Rosé Garden Melbourne Cup event can be made on the Customs House website.
