Down South of the border in Sydney the hype is building for the Sydney Royal Easter Show, so Tex-Mex restaurant El Camino Cantina have decided that Brisbane shouldn’t have to wait for the Ekka and are putting on their own Royal Rita Show.
The Royal Rita Show runs from Tuesday 5th April to Saturday 30th April at all 10 El Camino Cantina locations in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast and includes the Show Bag Series of limited-edition frozen Margaritas.
The yummy sounding line-up comes in seven new carnival-inspired flavours:
• Trolli Lolli
• Cantina Cloud
• Jelly Belly
• Rainbow Nerd
• Warhead
• Chupa Chup
• Kinder Surprise
The new frozen Rita range comes in two signature sizes – 15oz and 24oz, as well as tasting paddles of four 220ml flavours of choice.
Joining the new Margarita flavours are four new flavour-packed Royal Rita Show tacos:
• Popcorn Chicken, Shredded Iceberg, Pico de Gallo, Spicy Mayo
• Chorizo and Potato Hash, Pickled Red Cabbage, Coriander
• Slow-Cooked Smokey BBQ Brisket, Chargrilled Corn, Pickles, Cheddar
• Prawn, Bacon, Jalapeño Cheese, Shallots
