The Star Gold Coast and Treasury Brisbane are hosting 40 Days of Flavour, their autumn food, drink and entertainment celebration from 22 March – 30 April.
For 40 days and nights, The Star Gold Coast and Treasury Brisbane will deliver up a diverse program of dining experiences, created by some of Australia’s best expert chefs, celebrating Queensland’s seasonal flavours.
As part of the 40 Days of Flavour you can experience:
- a Japanese flavour-fusion at Kiyomi, with an intimate Omakase experience for just seven people per seating;
- a four-course feast by Nineteen at The Star’s Uday Huja, whilst taking in the glittering Gold Coast skyline;
- Tom Mumford’s mouth-watering degustation at world-class steakhouse, Black Hide by Gambaro;
- Moët & Chandon High Tea; Cork, Culinary and Colour; Wine, Cheese & Bubbles ticketed events set to the live soundtrack of homegrown music talent, Live on The Lawn.
