Cuban Nights: Monday March 2 - Tuesday March 31

Riverbar and Kitchen are bringing Cuba to Brisbane this March along with all of the flavour, rhythm and colour that comes along with it, as their Cuban Nights pop-up comes to life! There'll be free salsa dancing every Sunday, live Latin musicians and, of course, plenty of cocktails and snacks (Mojo Rojo Chicken Wings, anyone?). The menu will be available every day, while live entertainment will be on every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The best bit? Entry is free!

Queerstories: Thursday March 5

Enter the radical world of Queerstories and be entertained by unexpected tales from some of Australia's finest LGBTIQ+ storytellers.

Hosted by Maeve Marsden, the show delivers surprising, heart-warming and downright hilarious stories from the margins, demonstrating how there's so much more to being queer than coming out and getting married.

Brisbane Queer Film Festival: Thursday March 5 - Sunday March 15

Prepare yourself for 11 days of incredible cinema as the Brisbane Queer Film Festival returns for its 21st year. New Farm Cinemas will play host to a line-up of feature films and shorts from around the world that celebrate and empower the LGBTIQA community. 

The Opening Night Gala on Friday March 6 will see the much buzzed-about Swedish luminous drama And Then We Danced, which explores the Georgian dance scene, interwoven with a touching coming-of-age tale.
