From The Lagoon Deck, Chef Chris introduces his world famous signature Junee Gold Lamb Sausage infused with roasted macadamia nut, native pepper berries and garlic infused roasted onions, available all day.
Indulge in a three-hour Australia Day BBQ luncheon with a full buffet of mini dampers and salads, using the freshest in organic garden vegetables, and all the Aussie treats of a BBQ Grill and Carvery.
A smorgasbord of meaty delights sees the time-honoured lamb and rosemary sausage with grilled sweet potato, juicy grilled chicken with roasted macadamia nuts, sautéed beans and thyme jus, Wagyu beef rissoles with onion gravy and The Carvery Selection of Bryon Bay roast pork and apple sauce and herb crusted Junee lamb with mint jus, complete with all the trimmings of buttered peas, baked pumpkin and roasted potatoes.
